Cancelation Policy
Claims in respect of any cancellation received in writing, before Wednesday, September 30, 2009 will be accepted subject to a $95 administration fee. We regret that persons cancelling after Wednesday, September 30, 2009, as well as persons unable to attend on the day of the event, are liable for the full registration fee. However substitutions can be made at any time prior to the event. All substitution notifications must be received in writing, by mail, fax or email.
